Card payments at online checkout are processed by Stripe. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe; Field & Mercer receives payment confirmation and limited transaction information needed to manage the order. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe’s privacy practices are described in its Privacy Policy.

We share relevant information with service providers that help us run the store, process orders, deliver parcels, provide site analytics, and send messages you requested. They receive only the information needed to perform those services. We do not sell personal information.

Our site uses cookies and similar browser storage for core site functions, to remember basic preferences, and to understand how visitors use the site. This helps us keep the shop working and improve the experience.

You can manage or clear cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect parts of the site that rely on them.

We keep order and communication records for as long as needed to complete service, handle follow-up, and meet record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to access or correct personal information you’ve shared, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to retain it.
