Good things should be straightforward. Here’s how an order gets to you—and what to do if the fit isn’t quite right.
01 · Getting it to you
Shipping, from Portland.
US orders of $150 or more ship free. Orders under $150 have a flat $8 shipping charge.
We pack each order at the Field & Mercer Workshop in Portland, Oregon. Orders leave the workshop within 2–4 business days. Transit time after dispatch depends on the carrier and destination.
We’ll send an email when your order is on its way, with tracking details when available.
02 · Finding the right fit
Try it on.
Take your time.
Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. If the fit isn’t right, exchanges are free.
To start a return or exchange, email hello@fieldandmercer.com with your order number and what you’d like to do. We’ll reply with the next steps. Once an eligible return reaches us and is checked, we’ll refund it to the original payment method.
Worn pieces aren’t eligible for a standard return. If everyday use has left a mark, that’s what our free lifetime repairs are for.
