01 · The site
Using the shop.
By using the Field & Mercer website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation or another visitor’s use. Site copy, photographs, and brand materials belong to Field & Mercer or their respective rights holders and may not be reused commercially without permission.
We work to keep product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and care guidance useful and accurate. Colors can look different on different screens, and natural fabrics may vary slightly from piece to piece.
02 · Buying a piece
Orders & pricing.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown during checkout before you submit an order. Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance; an order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. If a product or price is listed incorrectly, we’ll contact you before fulfilling the order and arrange a correction or cancellation.
Our clothing is made in small batches, so sizes and colors can sell out. Product availability may change without notice, and we may limit or cancel an order when a piece is no longer available. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll arrange a refund to the original payment method.

03 · Keep it going
Repairs for life.
Every Field & Mercer garment is covered by our free lifetime repair promise for normal wear from use. We’ll mend ordinary wear so the piece can keep working for you. The promise does not cover a lost garment or damage caused by misuse.
To start a repair, contact us through the Repairs page. We’ll help with the next steps for sending it to our Portland workshop.
